Your Tantawann order will be carefully packaged and shipped directly from Thailand. Enjoy free shipping on all orders.

• EXPRESS: On orders $150+, expect delivery within 2-4 days.
• STANDARD: On all orders, expect delivery within 7-15 days.

For U.S. shipments, we cover all import taxes and duties. If you are ever asked to pay such fees, please contact us immediately.

Thailand

We offer complimentary Kerry Express shipping on all orders within Thailand, with delivery typically within 2 business days.

Rest of World

International orders are shipped via standard delivery, typically arriving within 2-3 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include any applicable duties or import taxes that may be imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Our Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Tantawann pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer exchanges or refunds for items returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@tantawann.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

We strive to process returns within 3 business days of receipt, but please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. To ensure a smooth return, please include "Return Shipment to Origin" on the outside of the package.

International Returns

For international returns, please follow the same process outlined above. However, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or duties.
